Propane smoker build to sell?

Hey all. Im pretty new to this group. I stumbled across some old propane tanks. I am a welder and got hired to possibly build a small bbq for someone. However with the size he wants i would have about 60 to 70 inches of a 24 inch diameter 250gallon propane tank left over. I have never built a smoker but thought it would be fun to try. I would like to sell it though as i can't really afford to just keep it at the time ( maybe in the futre). Is there a market for these? Im in southern alberta canada. Id appreciate any advice on this. Thanks.
