IOWA!!
Got a new trailer unit a month ago, burnt it in and done some burgers and deer steaks. 2 weeks ago done the 1st real cook on it. 5 whole chickens, 4 spares, pan of spare trim, beans and Mac n cheese. There was also a roaster pan of 2 dozen ears of sweet corn in the rib box..

Nice smoker! Great looking food! You'd be a mighty popular person at a tailgate party.

Congrats on the new smoker. It looks like a great unit. The food looks really good also.

That is a nice rig, I see a bunch of people here with trailer mount rigs. Are all of you cooking commercially? I can't believe a single family needs one that big or do I just not have enough friends that I could not fill it up?....lol

Well... Actually that pic was for a family cook, planned on leftover chicken. we typically cook for 10-15 each time. I'm gonna do some custom cooking in the future also. We have 4 kids between us, all out of HS, and my oldest dot is getting married next year, so... And, I've gotten bit by the competition bug, again..

Congrats on the new rig it looks good what brand is it? Fine looking food to I'm sure everybody ate good

It's got the SlingNsteel plate on it from Whitesville, KY, but i believe it's actually made by HBT from down south..
