First Butt on the Smoker

First time poster. I got a master built electric smoker recently. I've smoked a few things but yesterday I did my first butt. I've lurked on here and got some good tips from the posts here. Thought I would share how it turned out.

I covered in mustard and threw a generous amount of my own rub on it and let it sit the fridge for 24 hours

Yesterday morning I put her in at 275 for 11 hours. I pulled her at 200. Let it set for 30 minutes.

Then I could pull it with a butter knife.

It was a big hit. Good taste, good bark. Looking forward to doing a lot thanks. Thanks for all the tips you all have indirectly given me.
