GREAT JOB QUIG!

Good age to start, I started about the same age, With Scouts camping.
Learned how to cook over an open fire ,mainly using a Dutch Oven, One pot meals for camping.
Had the privilege to work in a Camp commissary kitchen later.
Which started my cooking career.

Thanks, she's been Sous-Cheffin' for me since she was about 6. It's funny because she talked a mean game all night last night about not being nervous, then reality hit when she got under the lights with a camera in her face.

She's done demonstrations with me at events, but never anything like this. It helped quite a bit that she already knew Chef Ace and that put her at ease. Now she's ready for next time.

I have done presentations for work, and I SUCKED!
Remember @ College doing a student banquet,( MINE), I was a nervous mess.
She will get more COMFY over time.
IMO: Wish the TV Station paid a little bit more attention to her to help her?
