First brisket with Q-view

I did my first brisket today on my Masterbuilt 7-in-1, it was 6.5 lbs and took about 9 hours. Everything I read on this site really helped a lot. It turned out really well, everyone enjoyed it. I can't wait for sammiches for lunch this week.
