long, looks like its going to be tailgating food for tomorrow. i was really looking forward to it tonight but good things come to those who wait.

should i take it out and cut it open to see where it is at? in case my thermometer is messed up??
 
Yeah Whole Hog is good but I will go to McLard's in Hot Springs any day over evereyone else.
 
every time we go to little rock we get a case of mclards and the 8 pack from the whole hog.

its down town, i could not even tell ya what street it is. look it up on yahoo, its worth it. they have dry ribs, but good god are they good
 
is it on the streat where bbkings is? hardrock cafe and all that?
 
i dont even know i only pass through there once or twice a year. look it up on youtube iv got the dry rub here its spelled rendezvous 52 s. second st.

13 hours later it finally got to 170 and going by Dutch, i just put it in tin foil and waiting on it to get to 190. Then im wrapping it up in towels putting it in a cooler and letting it sit over night.
