Hey Disco, thanks so much.... Sure appreciate ya dropping a line ! The bologna was fun to try & is tasty.... I mean, there's a thing or two I'd have changed up a little, but overall not too bad ! I hope ya do try the bologna....You inspire me to try new things quite often with all the great threads you post ! Someday I gotta get going on this list of smokes I need to do ! :biggrin:
