Thought I would try out a recipe in preparation for next week's big game so I took a stab at some Wrapped beef balls. I use a recipe similar to what I use for my Meatloaf.
Moink balls are the bomb. I make them all the time. It looks to me that you used home made bacon. I would recommend that you use cheap thin bacon for you really lose the great flavor that home made bacn has. Just a thought I personally like to keep my home made stuff for recipes that you want to great tasting bacon for.
