Finishing Sauce (Pork)

I made a finishing sauce for my pork butts about 3 weeks ago... I have some left in the bottle and am smoking a butt today. Is the sauce still good, or should I make a new batch?

What’s in it? Anything that you would Be worried it would expire?

Vinegar, brown sugar, cajun seasoning, pepper

I would think that should be completely fine. Nothing really there that would expire that quickly or begin to form bacteria. I’m not a guru on health standards so don’t quote me but I would think it would still be good.

I think the vinegar will help extend the shelf life.
