Finally joined....

Hello fellow smokaholics...I've been reading through this site for over a year picking up tips, recipes, hints, etc.  I've been brewing up some questions as my experience has grown in the smoking world so it's a good time to join.  I live in southcentral PA near harrisburg but was born and raised in wonderful Bedford County.  Once a country bumpkin, always a country bumpkin so I enjoy showing these urbanites how to rock and roll.  

Favorite meats to smoke are ribs and butts while still struggling with the brisket.  I've began creating my own rubs and sauces which makes this hobby much more rewarding.  Thanks to everyone on this site, I've learned a TON (no exaggeration) from each others experiences and continue to learn.  Looking forward to being a brother of the smoke ring!

MM welcome I just found the site a few weeks ago, and joined right in. Lots of great info and the food pics, have me stocking up on key boards, LOL

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
