Finally got that SMF account

Hey guys, just wanted to say hello.  Been lurking around these forums for months and months, and even before getting an account, I've got a WEALTH of info from here that I'm very grateful for.

I'm from North Central IL, the Peoria area to be exact.  Got addicted to this tasty hobby less than a year ago, and probably have 10-15 smokes under my belt on my 18.5" WSM.

Thanks for everything so far, and I'm always eager to check in here daily to see what' going on.  Now, to the Poultry forum with some questions for my first turkey coming up....

First off Welcome Jason to SMF. You'll like it here for there are alot of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking. Now there are alot of proven recipes for some amazing things here too. So if you need sign up for the E-Course it's free and it will give you the basics of smoking and some good methods to use also. So the next big thing for you to do is go out and get you something to smoke and if you happen to have any questions just post it here and we will be happy to answer them for you.
