Been trying to get a quality ring on ribs. Local store where i work had spare ribs for $1.99. I cut them to St. Louis style, scored the membrane instead of peeling it. . Seasoned with Eat Bbq white bottle and John Henry Bourbon Style seasoning and vac sealed for 5 days then on the smoker they went. 3 hours unwrapped and an hour wrapped, finished with apple butter bbq sauce...

They look good. But smoke rings really do nothing for the meat.
