I've been using the forum to answer questions for a couple of years, decided to join in.
I'm in North Georgia, and have been fascinated with smoking, curing, brining, salting, and any other way to preserve protein. I am a Traeger fan but have and will use anything. My favorite go to impress the hell out of everyone is a leg of lamb done indirect on a Weber kettle. I'll save that for later. Anyhow, glad to be here.
