Hey guys,

A long time reader of your forum and finally decided to join. Why I decided to wait, I have no idea.

I live in London, Ontario, Canada.  I have been smoking meat for about 3 years now.

I am currently using a Masterbuilt 44" Propane smoker. 

Can't wait to run ideas and questions by everyone.
