Don't have a dog in this fight but a good time for some double smoked ham. Coated Kosmos maple bourbon rib glaze then a healthy dose of pecan rub. On to the MB1050 @ 275*

Thanks guys just enough left for a sandwich or two. The MB 1050 held a steady temp the entire cook. Very happy with the pit. Added hickory chunks to ash can for more smoke.
