Dusted the webs of of Buford and threw on a nice chuckie, some country ribs, sausage and bacon wrapped chicken fingers for snacks...

Kind of off subject but -- How do you get the bacon to crisp up on the wrap? (by pre-cooking only?) I wrapped a fatty yesterday without pre-cooking it to 'wimpy' level and it never got done.
