Hello All,
I am new to this forum. I live in Anniston, Alabama. I have been a life long hardwood smoker type of person but recently moved to the pellet smoker world. Just tired of tending the fire box. I have competed on the KCBS circuit and learned a lot about BBQ and attended the KCBS judging class and got my certified judge credential. Hard to compete with folks toting around a $12,000 Southern Pride. I look forward to reading the posts.
