Have been smoking less than a year. Have smoked turkey, chicken, pork butt, pork loin, brisket, spareribs, baby back ribs, beans,bacon, bread, twice baked potatoes, pizza, cheese and nuts. I need ideas for something new.

How about a big ol' fatty?
 
How about the appetizer round; ABT's, Moinks, pork shots, dinosaur eggs.

How about seafood, shrimp, lobster, mussels, oysters, crabs, etc...

I love your title.....I think no matter how experienced you might be.....you can always learn a new trick or 3 on this site....I know I do every time I start readings the forums.
