Excited to start smoking!!

I've been a Smoked Meat Nut forever and finally decided it was time to try my hand at it myself. I found a brand new 18 inch Weber on Craigslist for a great deal and I'm excited to fire it up. I live in Irmo SC and look forward to driving the neighbors nuts with the sweet smell of BBQ!
