I had a large assortment of miscellaneous pics that never made it into a post. Either I forgot to get a q-view or Bear view, or ate the meal so fast the good pics didn't get taken.
I cleared out the camera last night Here is a variety of the dinners in the Scooper house. Some smoked, some not.
I hope you all enjoy.
A ribeye roast, pan seared, then finished in a 200 deg. oven.
A good use for leftover PP. Wraps with mac n cheese and slaw.
Smoked salmon.
Pork Chops salt rubbed over night in the fridge. Going for a pan sear, then a finish in a 200 deg. oven.
Dino Bones.
Shrimp in garlic butter lemon sauce with jasmine saffron rice, and jumbo stone crab claws. ($18.50 lb. @ Rest. Depot)
Meatball Sub.
Spares.
Another perfect ribeye.
Italian night!
I like fresh grated cheese.
A Patty Melt on Ciabatta.
Yukon Gold oven fries.
Found some styro-tray, very meaty BB's at Costco. Not in the cryovac. Had to try 'em.
In case they were dry, I did some dino's as back up.
BB's were not dry!
Dino's were awesome!
Yesterday's purchase. I cannot find dino ribs anywhere this time of year. So I had my local Publix order some for me. I bought 3 double packs, still sealed. I'm set for a few weeks now.
