What's the game tame marinade like? Looks great. I'm waiting for the CWD test to get back for our elk we just shot so I can get eating!
Its pretty good pre made marinade that you can add whatever to. It reduced (guessing) 80% of the gaminess out of the Elk. I have used it a few years now.
