Electronics guru needed camp chef PG24MZG

I bought a camp chef PG24MZG at a scratch and dent type sale which proved to be a bad idea...but anyways, to the point. The only thing damaged is the screen for the controller (non-WiFi). The PCB is in great shape. I contacted camp chef and they said I can only purchase the complete controller for $150, they won’t sell me just a screen. I have the ability to desolder/solder a new screen into the PCB at home but I don’t know if there are any other screens that I can use. I have been watching for a non-wi-fi controller on eBay in case someone upgraded to the WiFi controller but no luck. Obviously my concern is keeping the cost down...anyone have any ideas for options on this one? I appreciate your help

You might have some luck on alibaba looking for individual components, but generally you're going to find the entire control unit for sale. Camp Chef used a different panel than other manufacturers so you don't have many aftermarket options unfortunately.
