I got a clearer picture of the costs and training after I decided to become a chocolatier, and doing a short internship helped me figure out which skills I needed most. The pay varies a lot by state, so checking where you want to work can make a big difference. The creative side is fun, but the hands-on practice is what really helped me feel confident.
