OK - Here are the ribs I talked about yesterday.

A Friend of hours was having a Birthday party for his Nephew and he wanted Ribs

I can fit 8 racks on my smoker Sooooo. 

Here are a few pics, Sorry I didn't get a final shot, He came and I was trying to get them ready to go
