Franks is Hot, but not Bitter. IMO

Wait what happened to your smoker Bear?  I must have missed it.

After 5 years the Hot connector to the heating element burned out----Nothing but Dust was left.

Replacement connector is in now & working good. Did an Awesome Prime Rib yesterday with it.

Back when I first got married, My wife would fix my lunch every morning always had a bottle of Hot sauce in there. To me Franks has a nice balanced flavor.

Bear Nice job getting the eats done without the smoker,been stupid busy since last Monday. Tying rigs wife just came home from Mass.,so hopefully I will get to do some quing this week.
