Yes, you are looking at the official Maverick Redi Chek smoker mount. A.K.A. the back up toilet paper roll holder. It hangs perfectly off the side of my ECB and keeps the unit far enough away to keep it from getting to hot. All you do is slip the end of the toilet paper holder under the therm clip and you are good to go.
