It gets dark here at 4:45 now...  that's early..

Anyway got a sirloin tip at Winn Dixie on sale.

SPOG and wrapped and into the fridge last nite.

Fired up the WSM today around 1pm with local pecan...in short time it was chugging along at 225...love that guru.

Put the tip in and covered it.

Moved along to 135 in good time,took it and wrapped in foil to rest on the counter for a bit.

Made some taters and sliced it without the help of the worlds biggest slicer.
