Black Soybeans are finally back in stock at Amazon. Of course the price went up $10. These are great for those doing low carb. Makes a killer pot of beans.

Soymerica Non-GMO Black Soybeans - 7 Lbs (Newest Crop). Identity Preserved (IP). Keto Friendly. Great for Soy Milk and Tofu. 100% Product of USA

It is cheaper like this. I was really happy with tallbm tallbm recipe last time. Fact I taking some out of freezer to go with taco's tonight. Though I could use a can to make refried? Hmm
Hmmm I wonder if the Eden 25 pound bag of dry black soybeans even with shipping is now better priced than the new more expensive Soymerica beans. Good to see them back in stock. They been out of stock for well over a year and such.

I'm still working on that last 7 lb bag bought couple years ago. 25 lbs would last forever. I'm going back to small batches. Those frozen are all right but not as good as fresh.

I’ve always had problems with the texture on the beans after frozen. Next time I am going to make a big pot of everything except the beans. Once that’s simmered an hour or so I’m going to split it and freeze half with no beans. I’ll add beans to what remains for immediate use and then defrost the other and add beans at that time and simmer an hour or so.
