Name is Mark and I’m from ON Canada.
Just discovered this formum and read through some articles... sounds like there are some very knowledgeable people in here.
I love BBQ and everything about it.
Currently (just started today) building my first smoker and hopefully getting a post up sometime soon on the progress of my build.
