With my NCAA bracket busted to pieces, I had plenty of time to do some slow cooking. I got my double-smoked ham bone and trimmings out of the deep freeze and whipped up some corn bread (5 hours later) and had a great bowl of double-smoked ham and beans. Nothing too exciting, but double smoked ham does make the ham and beans a little more interesting.

I would say "plated" but "bowled" seems more appropriate

Nice. Good meal for the chill in the air today . I bet that double smoked ham kicked it up .

Looks great! Definitely the right dish for the weather here! I would shovel down a few bowls of yours for sure!

Damn! Looks fine to me. And since we got 5"of snow and -5 wind wind chill today. A bowl of that would hit home mighty fine today!

Looks Great, Eddie!! MMMMmmm. Double Smoked Ham!!
Looks just like mine, except we use "Yellow Wax Beans" in ours.
Nice Job!
