  1. Hi guys

    Made an awesome butt yesterday , 12 hour perfect smoke , wrapped and foiled at 200 then wrapped in towels and put in cooler. Well I fell asleep and it was in there for about 9 hours , went and got it out still warm and temp was 120. Is this thing safe to eat , don't wanna kill myself & family over a 20 butt. Your opinions are appreciated.
