My name is Doug and I love to smoke meat.  I live in Augusta, Ga.  I have been smoking meat for several years in a brinkman smoker and then 3 years ago I bought a Bradley Smoker.  I love it and it s so easy to use.  I hope to ge more ideas on smoking.  Have a great week.
