DIY Dry-Age w/ this?

people dry age in mini fridges all the time, so i don't see why this wouldn't work. you'd still need a fan in there for air circulation. some say humidity is a factor, some ignore it, i don't think it matters much. give it a shot and let us know how it works out!
 
I don't see any "humidity removal" options... In a refer, the humidity condenses on the cooling plates and drips to a drain line to waste...
I think it's not a good option.. Like Rick said, try UMAI... it works...

So I can just use UMAI which from what I see if basically vaccuum wrap around my steak and keep this fridge I posted for 30+ days?
