dipping sause?

At the moment I have some potato sticks wrapped in bacon on the smoker. I'm looking for suggestions on a dipping sauce. Planning on sour cream, but figure it can always be added on. Thanks.

Sriracha (sp?) and something like mayo, ranch, sour cream, etc

One of our favorites is the spicy queso cheese dip on the label of canned Rotel tomatoes. We use it on potatoes quite often.
