Smoked these at Christmas time on my PitBoss 700 FB pellet smoker, just now posting the two pics I got with them. The grandkids and the rest of the family ate them before i even got a pic.

Hard boiled egg, sprinkled some HeadCountry rub on the eggs, Wrapped in sausage more rub and then wrapped in thick cut bacon with more rub sprinkled on. smoked at 225 for three hours.

Looks like you did a fine job on those eggs. They'd taste pretty good this morning instead of the corn flakes I'm eating right now.

Point for sure
Chris

I thought i would have some left over to freeze for later but I was wrong.
So, when frozen these things must be like a giant marble. What is the best way to thaw/reheat these from frozen. I could see having them around if easy to do. Just curious.

Jeff Wright,

Thank you for the like

Thaw them first then microwave for 3-4 minutes depends on the power of your microwave. Also thawed then warmed in the oven on 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
