Isn’t that what Chick-Filet does?

The breasts and strips were marinated in buckets of pickle juice
I've always said they do , but someone always says they don't . So glad to have that cleared up . Thanks Jake .
I'll have to put the hot chicken seasoning in the juice next time .

Looks fine to me. Been enjoying the Blue Box 57 years. We like it with Fried SPAM. Been seeing a bunch of Pickle Brined Chicken posts. Still have to give it a shot, but Chicken Boobs have been pretty pricey lately...JJ

WOW!! That looks and sounds really good. No fancy plats needed. They won't change the food one iota. Very well done Richie!!

Looks great Rich. I've been waiting to do this fried. Since we're on diets, Grilling may be better yet. I wonder how it would be with Dark Meat? I just got 20 pounds of Leg Quarters at Kroger today.

Looks great
Thanks Mike .

I've been waiting to do this fried.

That's how I usually do it . Breast meat really soaks up the pickle juice . So I dry them off real good then flour and back in the fridge until that coating of flour gets tacky . Then I re dredge and fry .

Good . I've done it with de-boned thighs in the air fryer . I left the skin on in this thread , but the next time I took it off . Comes out better no skin .

Looks great Rich! Oh man tots. Love them too. Congrats on the grill upgrade. Not sure if you can upgrade but check and see if you can fit a higher btu burner. I put a "sear burner" in my old Jenn Air and it totally gave that grill a new life. Just a tiny bit of sheet metal work but many are direct fit.

Inspired by the previous thread, I ran some breasts last week and did the 50/50 dilution and was not impressed. Going full strength next time.

Thanks . You got me thinking about a grilled chicken sandwich . Be going in the rotation now .

Yeah . Has to be straight pickle juice in my opinion . This was from the homemade pickles . All kinds of flavor in it .

Congrats on the grill upgrade.
Mines a 310 , the next model is a 330 . It has a spot for an extra burner to act as a high heat sear station . So I looked it up . Should be able to buy the parts and add them to mine .
