Looking to buy. any recommendations $200 max price? thanks

I've had a couple from Nesco over the years. They work good. Just a pita to clean those racks. You can always just do oven jerky. Which I more often then not do now. Easy, no fuss. I just use liquid smoke on some recipes to compensate for no smoke. I bought a few jerky trays for the oven that work very well.

I've got an older model Nesco/American Harvest similar to this:
Mine only goes to 145 while the newer models go to 160 which is better/safer for meats/jerky. They typically come with fruit roll-up trays and clean-a-screen which make them easy to clean. And they are expandable. I don't know if they're the best option for you, but mine has lasted nearly 30 years.

Not sure how true it is, but I've heard the round ones dry more uniformly, while the square/rectangle ones are easier to load/utilize space.
