2.5 lbs of sliced beef strips in my marinade with 1/2 tsp cure 1 (Yes) even in dehydrator.
Marinated overnight.
4 Racks.
Going in at 150* for few hours then bump to 160 until the jerky bends. If it snaps its over done.
