No pic of the beans yet, but here's today's fare. Deboned pork butt with rub on a crowded UDS. Wanted a shorter cooking time. I love slopping these things down towards the end with my sauce for a good caramelized bark. ABTs ready for the pit later. May have to put them on my gas grill. Beans are simmering at the moment. The peppers for the ABTs are huge! Simple stuffing of cream cheese with a combo of cheddar and jack.
