Hello All!
I had some thin sliced smoked pork loin that I had vac sealed and froze for later use so I decided to use it for a Cuban sandwich.

Pork Loin, Black Forrest Ham, Habanero Cheese from a Local Amish Store, Dijon Mustard and Take and Bake Ciabatta Bread.
(no dill pickle, my second least favorite food)

Baked the bread per instructions and assembled.

I must say this sandwich was very good. Better than any restaurant Cuban I’ve ever had. This sandwich had character, flavor and the habanero cheese gave it just the right amount of sass.

Enjoy Your Day!

Looks delcious. Love the add of the habanero cheese.

Nice, I'd eat that in a heartbeat, Like! What's your least favorite food? Mine's liver. RAY

Thank you. Tomatoes! I can eat them in chili, soup and such but I couldn’t eat a slice of raw mater if my life depended on it!
