My better half requested CSR's for lunch today.... So figured I'd fire up the mini with some KBB & hickory chunks !

CSR's on the mini with the TBS flowing !

Looks good, I do love me some CSR's. I gotta get me a mini built. Would be just perfect for what I have going on today. The hardware store in my town has a smoky joe silver that has been there for at least 3 years and has a quarter inch of dust on it. Maybe I can get a deal on it.

Final plated shots with CSR's, with the wife's Alfredo pasta topped with some shredded cheddar & fruit (apple, red grapes & wild huckleberries) huckleberries are from the base of a mountainside & local campsite called Green Canyon !
