I did a couple of fattys today to try out my new GOSM. One with Red pepper, mushrooms, onion, pepperjack and colby cheese the other with scrambled eggs, colby and cream cheese. Smoked with cherry wood both came out quite tasty if I do say so myself, and my wife loved em and I will be making more I have been told. I have to say thanks to everyone on this site it is just full of great information and ideas.
