We had a nice big PP sandwich for lunch and supper today. That makes about two pounds that won't be making it to the family gathering

Tossed the smoker into the back of the truck and took it for a two hour ride to N. Conway. Will set it up around 5am and put in 9 racks of BB and 2 dz chicken drums. Big load for my little MES..really hoping everything fits..lol. Picked up 3 rib racks to go along with my drumstick racks to get it all in. Maybe time for a bigger smoker
