COUPLE OF BONES

I kept hearing something calling my name in the freezer. After digging around I came across what was making all that racket. 

I had a couple of bones left from my last Prime Rib Smoke (Bear Style) so I sat them out to thaw for lunch today.

Fired up the grill, sprinkled a little of my rub on them and on the grill.

Just plane hard to beat Beef Ribs

I love Beef Ribs the most!!

I have 9 sets of them (at least 2 bones each) in my Freezer---Gotta do them soon!

I'll probably break them into 2 or 3 smokes, because they all have about an extra 1" of meat on them!!
