Country style ribs

Smoked country style ribs in MES this afternoon. Ribs were still mostly frozen when put them in.
4 hrs initally at 245, added 1/2 hr and then was still only 156. Added an hour. Good thing I estimated longer as still had dinner done on time.
Made a pasta salad as a side. Had made bbq sauce two weeks ago that had put extra in freezer. Pulled that out and TASTY meal. AS I was checking temp and target temp, I fond a recipe from Oklahoma Joe that I will use next time. Still turned out tasty.
