mairinated for 12hrs a friends receipe, pretty simple but worked out well
rubbed and bacon wrapped newbie style
smoked to an IT of 155. Medium turned out really tender alot of flavor marinade not to heavy
soaked and rinsed every two hrs for eight hrs
rubbed and ready for the overnight fridge
3.5lbs rapped at 160 IT, pulled at 193 IT
I was really happy with the way she turned out, tender and moist. I didn't use a corn beef rub just used a regular brisket rub. This is my first corn beef brisket. Had to do one since I've read so much about them on the forum.
