Cooking for Friday lunch, have a butt and rib question

  1. I've done a few butts and they turn out great, but I've always foiled. I want to spritz with a apple juice / orange flavored rum mix. So, if I foil, the spritz isn't going to help with the bark, right. So do I

    a)not foil and spray every 45 minutes to an hour
    b)foil and spray before I foil? How soon do I start spraying

    Also, the ribs need to be done about 11 tomorrow. I don't want to get up at 4am, so I think I'll cook them tonight. What's the best way to warm them up tomorrow - throw them back in the smoker for a while?
