Smoked some wings to watch the games yesterday. Came out unreal.
  1. Dry with paper towel, add rub (mines homemade)
  2. Cook for 2 hours, at 225-240
  3. Pull and sauce. I doctor up Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce. I love that it has no butter.
  4. Throw back in smoked for 20 minutes
  5. Broil on high for 5 minutes to crisp skin
Also decided to throw in a pork butt instead of freezing it. Made some burnt ends with it. Came out unreal. Will be making these for Christmas.
  1. Rub pork butt with Mustard
  2. Apply rub
  3. Smoke at 225-240 until pork reaches 170
  4. Pull and Cube
  5. Throw back in covered in a pan at 300+ Smoked heat for About and hour. 205 temp is your goal for the pork but I use eye test at this point.
  6. Pull and sauce. I used this awesome Cranberry Chipotle Sauce from Costco. It’s so sweet with a little kick. Perfect for a holiday party.
  7. Throw back in smoked uncovered for 20 minutes.
