Hi,

I did these last weekend. I had to throw a few birds in since there was room. Guess which one was on the bottom rack closest to the electric heating element. Next time I'll switch them 1/2 way through the cooking time.

Anyway I smoked a chuck roast.

With lots of help from my Queen we turned it into Shepherd's Pie.

The gravy from the beef drippings was awesome. This was right up there with my favorites so far.

That shepherds pie looks incredible. If you care to share the recipe, I'm sure there are many people out there that would love to try your recipe including myself. Really great job.

Tasty looking chicken! Tasty looking pie! One of my favorite things to make with leftover smoked beef!! Nice Smoke! Points!

Amy used the recipe at this page:

She added peas with the corn and did not use celery because I'm not a fan of celery

Sorry it took so long to post this, should have done it the first time. She also went with only two tbsp. of Cajun seasoning and very little salt and it was still a little salty for me but just a little and I do not eat hardly any salt because of my blood pressure.
