I smoked up 3 pastramis for Christmas presents. I love doin these because they are so simple... almost impossible to mess up and always are knock your socks off good.

Everybody loves gettin this stuff for Christmas. This last pic is after it sat in the fridge overnight.

Those Pastrami briskets were pretty hefty. How many pounds were each of em? You must have made a few people very happy!

They were between 3 and 4 pounds. I don't remember exactly but they were $2.88 a pound and they were $10.00 to $11.00 apiece.
